At SOFENIS LTD, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, our return and refund process is simple.

1. Returns Period

• You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, sale items, and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3. How to Return

2. We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

3. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email sofenisinfo@gmail.com.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider.
